REVIEW – Stars and Snuggles Baby Star Travel Wrap

After reviewing the Stars & Snuggles Apron Baby Bath Towel and loving it, I had high expectations for their Baby Star Honeycomb Travel Wrap and it does not disappoint!

It arrived packaged really nicely in a little bundle, using a beautiful ribbon with the brand name printed on it, as did the apron towel. I do really like little personal touches like this. The brand care about their product and customers! It’s all well and good having a good product, but nothing beats good customer service.

“The Stars & Snuggles baby star cotton travel wrap range is aimed at the warmer months of Spring & Summer. They especially come in handy in the car to prevent your baby being in a draft from windows or air conditioning vents. It also comes in handy for those nippy summer mornings or evenings when out and about. It also provides that essential sun-protective layer to give you extra peace of mind!” www.starsandsnuggles.co.uk

The travel wraps come in four sizes; Extra Small (0-3 months) Small (3-6 months), Medium (6-12 months) and Large (12-18 months). Colours available; Baby Blue, Baby Pink, White and Dove Grey. You can choose to have some embroidery on the travel wrap for an additional cost (I got Joel) with five different thread colours; White, Grey, Orange, Pink or Blue. The website smooth and really easy to navigate. You also have the option to pay via PayPal or Google Pay.

What do we think of the Travel Wrap?

I really love the concept of the Stars & Snuggles Baby Star Travel Wrap and it serves it’s purpose as well as being beautifully made. According to Good Egg Car Safety, “Leaving your child’s coat on in the car is a problem because it creates a gap between your child and their safety harness.” The travel wrap is perfectly safe for a baby to wear in a car seat as it’s been Car Seat Crash Tested (2018 UN Regulation 129.00) and is a nice lined light fabric.
Joel loves having his toes out, so the little openings for feet and hands are perfect for us. They easily close for those days when it’s a bit colder!

Is it good value?

The price of this honeycomb travel wrap is £31.50 for XS and S, £34.50 for M and £34.50. It’s £6 if you want to have a name embroidered on the front. I think the design of this is really clever and I haven’t seen anything else like it on the market. It’s beautiful quality and really comfy for a baby, but the car safety factor is the biggest key feature for me. If you love buying British, Stars & Snuggles are an excellent quality brand and I’ve found their customer service top notch.

Is there anything I’d change?

No. I can’t think of one thing I’d change about it, (and I love a good moan, so it’s kind of bugging me that I can’t find something I’d change about this or the apron towel! 😂)
I’m so glad I found Stars & Snuggles! Love this product. Love the brand. Love the people behind the brand.

There is also a fleece wrap available for the cold winter months:
